Who we are looking for:
A CFO to lead and hold primary responsibility for the planning, implementation, managing and running of our financial activities. You will oversee day-to-day financial activities, function strategically by contributing to long-term objectives, and steer the business flexibility needed to bridge the two.

You are analytical and excel both operationally and strategically. You are an energetic leader who can set an inspiring vision. You think and plan globally and operate with a keen awareness of international finance and scalability. You strongly believe technology can be used to better the future of energy and biodiversity and you want to do your part in scaling up AI technology to create space for industry and nature to coexist.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading Spoor’s financial strategy and financial modelling
  • Work closely with the CEO and COO to set vision and strategy, and drive both with metrics, results and operating models
  • Manage financial forecasting and budget processes, and oversee preparation of all financial reporting
  • Product pricing models
  • Business model
  • Market sizing

• Leading fundraising

  • Updating and adjusting pitch deck
  • Financial analysis
  • Design fundraising process
  • Oversee grant-writing process
  • Build relationships

• Financial controller function
  • Track costs, burn rate, and runway
