Hiring Process
The first interview will be an interview to get to know each other better.
This interview will be with the hiring manager. In this interview we'll go deeper into your role and how your experience fits with the role. Sometimes, one extra interview will follow with one of the founders.
We'll send you a case based on the role you applied for. These cases normally shouldn't take too much of your time. We will review your case internally.
If the case is successful, we will invite you for a SIM-day (simulation day). This is a full or half day (preferably in the office) where you'll be working on a existing problem with the team.
If all of this is successful, you'll get an offer!
